Hi, I’m Igor, the founder. I live in London but am originally from Skopje

I had a flat back home that I wanted to rent, so I put it on AirBnB and Booking.

I knew I would need help, so I asked my friend Svetlana to be my Co-host.

Being in tech, I knew there had to be a more efficient way to automate the whole process. So, I set to work. Smart lock and keypad, check. Front door camera, check. I even made my old intercom system smart!

Created a website to generate personalized check-in instructions for guests, automated messages, all with minimal effort.

This saved me countless of hours of time.

Host management services are services where they fully manage your property for you, from optimising costs, to cleaning, to guest management. But they are costly, up to 20% comission per stay. simplyCheckin is a service to streamline your guest management if you want to do it yourself, but do it as efficiently as you can. If you get one of our remote Co-hosts they will do it for you and will obviously only handle things that can only be handled remote, e.g. answering questions and handling situations that can done remotely.

In our expirence if you have a good check-in / check-out process, about 90-95% of all stays are problem free (checkin/checkout wise).
